Every day you have the opportunity to touch those around you with kindness. This book will inspire you to remember the power of kindness and weave it into your daily routine...MORE INFORMATION »
Pass It On! Kindness is like a snowball that’s rolling down a hill. Each unselfish act or word is another snowflake that greets the others. . .creating something much larger than itself in the process.
I once heard someone say, “If you teach your children the Golden Rule, you will have left them an incalculable estate.” Truer words were never spoken. More than anything, the Golden Rule is about kindness. Kindness and honesty make you feel good about yourself and create trust in others. They improve your relationship with yourself and with others. It’s not much in fashion these days to talk about the benefits of kindness, honesty and decency, but the benefits are there and they are valuable and worth the trouble.
In fact studies have shown committing acts of kindness is actually good for your health. A rush of euphoria, followed by a longer period of calm after performing a kind act, is often referred to as a “helper’s high,” involving physical sensations and the release of the body’s natural painkillers, endorphins. This initial rush is then followed by a longer-lasting period of improved emotional well-being.
Just reading stories of other’s acts of kindness will bring you joy and it is a wonderful message to share with friends or volunteers who have shown you kindness. Spread some kindness today…because nice matters!

Ideas are powerful and one…just one, can change your business and your life.
If you don’t believe me, just pick up the phone and call Steve Jobs, Howard
Shultz or Bill Gates. (Oops…I just remembered, they might be pretty busy.)
Here’s the question and also the inspiration for this book… How do big
Is there a process or a formula? Or do big ideas just “bubble up” when
minds are curious and open to change? As a lifetime entrepreneur,
the “big idea question” has always fascinated me.
Although every story is different, sometimes just reading how it happened
can “spark” your imagination into action. Sometimes just learning about
how an individual who
was willing to take the risk to follow his or her dream and fight through
adversity to keep it alive, might be just the “push” you need.
However, this collection of “Big Idea Stories” was not only written with the entrepreneur in mind, it was also written to inspire innovation within existing companies. Far too often, companies “roll on” with the status quo, only to
wake up one day to find…competition has passed them by.
Whether your ambition is to start your own company or you want to apply
“Big Idea” thinking to your existing company – I know this book will help
spark many new ideas to make your story the next Big Idea!
